Director of AXLE Immigration Consulting
Minho Baek is the Director of AXLE Immigration Consulting and a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB #: R712285) in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants.
He completed his studies in Immigration Laws, Policies, and Procedures at the University of British Columbia (UBC) and successfully passed the Entry-to-Practice Exam (EPE). In 2022, Minho became a Licensed Immigration Consultant (RCIC), and in 2025, he further expanded his credentials by obtaining the (RCIC-IRB) license, authorizing him to represent clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada.
With nearly a decade of experience in the field, Minho has extensive expertise in a wide range of immigration and education matters, including temporary permits, Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIA), permanent residence, and citizenship applications.
He also represents clients in complex Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) proceedings, such as detention reviews, removal orders and appeals, refugee claims, and refugee appeals.
